⁷ There they are, ^(A)bellowing with their mouths
    with ^(B)swords in their lips—
    for ^(C)“Who,” they think,^[a] “will hear us?”
⁸ But you, O Lord, ^(D)laugh at them;
    you hold all the nations in derision.
⁹ O my Strength, I will watch for you,
    for you, O God, are ^(E)my fortress.
